On March 31st, the opening ceremony of PV module project of Taoistic Solar technology (Changzhou)Co.,Ltd was held in Zhulin town. Four sets of group leadership of Jintan District attended the ceremony, Jintan District Committee Standing Committee, Executive Deputy District Chief Jiangshui Shi gave a speech, Zhu Lin Town Party Committee Secretary Jinbao Liu spoke a speech, The Chairman of Taoistic Solar Liang Liu made the project introduction, Mayor Shuiqing Fan presided over the commencement ceremony.

PROJECT INSTRUCTIONS
Taoistic Solar Technology (Changzhou)Co.,Ltd was established on October 15, 2020 with a registered capital of RMB 100 millions and invested by Jiangsu Taoistic Solar Technology Co., Ltd. The company is mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of multi-specification Monocrystalline and polycrystalline PV modules.
The total investment of the project was RMB 510 millions , of which about RMB 300 millions was invested in equipment and hardware, RMB 120 millions was planned in 2021.The project covered an area of 60,000 square meters, with a total of 54,842 square meters of buildings including 3 workshops, 2 auxiliary workshops and office buildings, and plans to purchase 124 sets of production equipment such as scribbling machines and series welders.
It was expected to reach production in 2022, and increase the capacity of 3GW high-efficiency PV modules after delivery. It was expected to achieve an annual increase of RMB 3 billions in invoicing sales and RMB 30 millions in warehousing tax.
The Project Company aimed at the listing target and took Jintan Production Base as the group headquarter to build and become the subject of subsequent listed companies.
